What Does BCWS Stand For?

BCWS stands for Boosted Cold Water Service

Plumbers and mechanical engineers would use the term Boosted Cold Water Service to describe a system that is designed to increase the available pressure and flow rate of an incoming water main or other water supply. This process is usually accomplished by providing a reservoir of water and pumping (or boosting) it at the desired pressure.
