What Does MVP Stand For?
MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the most basic version of a product that can still be used by real people. It only includes the most important features needed to do the main job the product is meant for. The goal is to build something quickly, test it with users, and learn from their feedback before spending more time and money adding extra features. For example, if you're making a food delivery app, the MVP might just let people see a list of restaurants and place an order. Things like ratings, delivery tracking, or special offers would come later, once you know people are actually interested in using the service. The idea behind an MVP is to start small, learn fast, and improve over time.
