Relative Risk (RR) is a statistical measure used to compare the risk of a certain event occurring in two different groups. It represents the likelihood of an outcome (such as disease development or adverse effects) in an exposed group relative to a non-exposed group. An RR of 1 indicates no difference in risk between the two groups, while an RR greater than 1 suggests a higher risk in the exposed group, and an RR less than 1 indicates a lower risk.
