What Does RFSS Stand For?

RFSS stands for Resilient Flexible Self Supporting Silt Fencing.

A temporary sediment containment system that is flexible and self-supporting. RFSS’s allow water to flow through, while containing the silt and sediment in turbid stormwater. This type of "silt fencing" does not require the material to be attached to the stakes or bracing, thus being "self supporting."
